all hallows eve

Here's our spooky crew:

Ava the darling lady bug.  This was the costume from Kennedy's 1st Halloween, she was 10 months old and what Bree wore last year.  It's definitely a favorite.

Bree is a pumpkin.  I bought two of these when I was expecting the twins.
They are never in storage.  They are worn daily.  Awesome!

Kennedy Ann as Raggedy Ann.  No one knew what she was. No one knew what she was last year when she dressed up really punk/cute either...she was Demi Lovato.  See here.

I got to do CC's 1st grade class party.  I had the kids make a Halloween finger puppet and dress each other as mummies with toliet paper.  1st graders are fun.  She's a spider witch, and I'm Flo the Progressive Insurance girl.  It was fun to make.  I got to buy a bump-it type hair clip and put on way too much makeup.

CC and her friend.
Everyone tells me that CC is petite, which I don't see because she's always with the twins, unless I see her at school, and then it's obvious.

Thought this was awesome.  Dewdrops on spiderwebs on a rosebud in October.
Very Tinkerbell.

Nic, aka Moses or the Geico Caveman, and me at the trunk-r-treat.

My friend Solana and her adorable little Jedi army.

Happy Halloween friends.

Dear Regretsy,

You made me laugh so hard I peed my pants....literally.
Thanks... I needed a good laugh.
Sincerely,

“About three things I was absolutely positive. First, Edward had a wooden doll head. Second, there was a part of him – and I think it might have just been his arms – that was made from pipe cleaners. And third, he was unconditionally and irrevocably a flower pot.”

playsley vs. spongebob

Every night, while I'm making dinner, I am entertained by the soothing sunsets out my window and Paisley, who my twins call Playsley.  I decided that dinner could be a little late tonight, and I wandered outside with my camera to hang with Playsley and take some shots of what I think looks a lot like scenes from the Keira Knightly "Pride and Prejudice."
